Farewell to Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN)

Fashola & wife dancing after Ambode won the April 11 Governorship Election in Lagos

In the next couple of hours, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) would be handing over the baton of leadership to Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, the incoming Governor of Lagos State.

Governor Fashola (the actualizer),who inherited the baton from his predecessor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (the pathfinder) will be handing over the baton to Ambode (the consolidator), who is expected to build on what Tinubu and Fashola has done.

The baton will be handed over to Ambode at the Race Course, Tafa Balewa Square, Lagos Island.

As  Fashola bows out, we believe he has done remarkably well and history will be kind to him.
